To register on Betonline, you'll need an active Bangladeshi mobile number, a password, and you must be at least 18 years old. An email address is optional but recommended for account recovery. KYC verification with your National ID is required for large transactions.

Registration is completely free and takes just 3 minutes.

Each person may only register one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same individual, they will be suspended and the balances may be forfeited. Make sure you don't already have an existing account before creating a new one.

Log in to your account, go to Profile Settings, and click on "Identity Verification". Upload clear photos of the front and back of your National ID (NID) or passport. Verification is usually completed within 24–48 hours. You'll receive a confirmation via SMS or email once it's done.

On the login page Go to the login page and click "Forgot Password?". Enter your registered mobile number or email. You'll receive an OTP within seconds. Use the OTP to set a new password. If you still have trouble, contact the support team.

For security reasons, your mobile number cannot be changed on your own. Please contact the support team and complete identity verification. If your KYC is already verified, the update will be processed within 24 hours.

Entering the wrong password multiple times may temporarily lock your account for 30 minutes. If your account is suspended for security reasons, email support@betonline-baji.com or reach out via live chat. Your account will be reactivated after identity verification.

Withdrawals on KYC-verified accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. During peak hours (11 PM – 3 AM), it may take a little longer. For unverified accounts, the first withdrawal may take 1–3 business days.

First, wait 10–15 minutes. If the deposit still hasn't appeared, contact the support team with your transaction ID (TxID), which you can find in the SMS from Mobile Pay/Nagad. The support team will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Betonline does not charge any withdrawal fees. However, your mobile banking provider (Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket) may apply their own transaction fees, as determined by their individual policies.

Yes, some bonuses can be cancelled through the support team. However, cancelling a bonus will also void any winnings earned from it. A bonus can only be cancelled before the full balance has been withdrawn.

After logging in On the betting page Go to the "Live" tab and select an ongoing match. Click on your preferred market and odds to open the bet slip. Enter your amount and click "Place Bet". Odds change fast in live betting, so make your decision quickly.

The minimum bet on most markets is ৳100 (one hundred BDT). Maximum bet limits vary by market and event, and may differ for special events. You can see the minimum and maximum limits on the bet slip.

Cash Out lets you settle your bet before the match ends. If you think your bet might lose, you can close it early and take a partial payout. You'll see the "Cash Out" button next to active bets in the live betting section. Note that Cash Out may not be available on all markets.

If a match is officially cancelled or abandoned, all bets on that match are voided and stakes are fully refunded. If a match is postponed, a 24-hour window is observed. If the match does not take place within that time, all bets are cancelled.

Funds from a cancelled bet are typically returned within 2–4 hours.

Yes, parlay or accumulator bets are supported on Betonline. Add multiple events to your bet slip and select "Parlay" mode. If all your selections are correct, you win a larger payout — but if even one is wrong, the entire bet is lost. You can parlay up to 12 events.

Go to your profile settings and open the "Security" section. Enable the "Two-Factor Authentication" option. Verify by entering the OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
