Betonline Terms & Conditions – Full User Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between Betonline ("Platform", "we", "us") and any registered or unregistered user ("you", "user").

The Betonline platform provides online Sports Betting, casino games, and related entertainment services. Use of these services is subject to the following terms.

• Betonline reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
• Continued use of the platform after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
• These terms are available in both Bangla and English; in the event of any conflict, the English version shall prevail.

2.3 Account Security

• Any suspicious activity or unauthorized access must be reported to support immediately.

The following rules are mandatory for all betting activity on Betonline and apply across all betting markets.

3.1 Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled unless the Cash Out option is available.
• Betonline reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• Pre-match betting closes once the match has started.
• Minimum bet amounts may vary by market.

3.2 Match Cancellation or Postponement

• If a match is completely cancelled, a full refund will be issued for all related bets.
• If the match is rescheduled within 48 hours, the bet may remain valid.
• If a match in an accumulator bet is cancelled, it will be counted as odds of 1.0.
• If a cricket match is shortened due to rain or any other reason, the result will be determined by the DLS method.

3.3 Live Betting Special Conditions

• Odds in Live Betting change in real time; the odds at the moment of submission will apply.
• Betonline is not liable for any bets that fail to register due to an internet disconnection.
• Scores displayed before the official result is announced may not be final.

The following terms apply to all financial transactions on Betonline.

4.1 Deposits

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳500.
• Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket, and bank transfer are accepted for deposits.
• Deposits made through third parties are strictly prohibited.
• There are no additional charges on deposits; any fees charged by your mobile banking operator are the user's responsibility.

4.2 Withdrawals

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳1,000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 48 hours; in most cases, they are completed within 3–6 hours.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same method used for the original deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held until KYC verification is complete.
• Withdrawals may be temporarily suspended while suspicious activity is under investigation.

Betonline offers a variety of bonuses and promotional offers, each with its own specific terms. The general conditions below apply to all bonuses.

5.1 Bonus Eligibility Conditions

• Each bonus offer must be claimed within a specified time limit.
• A bonus cannot be claimed more than once by the same member, device, or IP address.
• Betonline reserves the final right to make all decisions regarding bonuses.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
• Wagering requirements are typically 10–30 times the bonus amount.
• Not all betting markets count toward wagering requirements — see the promotions page for the list of eligible markets.
• If the wagering requirement is not met before the bonus expires, the bonus will be forfeited.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Betonline. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately suspended and the balance may be forfeited.

Betonline reserves the right to close or suspend accounts under the following circumstances.

7.1 Closure by Betonline

• Accounts may be closed without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period (12 months) may be automatically deactivated.

7.2 Closure by User

• You can close your account at any time by notifying the support team.
• Self-exclusion can be requested as part of responsible gaming.
• Any remaining balance may be withdrawn before account closure, provided there are no legal restrictions.

Betonline is not liable for the following.

• Betting losses caused by internet connection disruptions.
• Losses resulting from third-party hacking or fraud, provided Betonline has taken reasonable security measures.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized account access, unless the user has disclosed their password or login credentials to another person.
• Temporary service unavailability during scheduled technical maintenance.
• Financial losses resulting from betting — betting is entirely at your own risk.

Betonline reserves the right to partially or fully amend these terms and conditions at any time.

• Advance notice will be sent to your registered email for any significant changes.
• Minor updates will be reflected on this page with the date of change.
• If you do not agree with the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
• Continued use of the platform after new terms are published constitutes acceptance of those terms.
